Dear Ricardo, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! After reviewing your account, we noticed that the reason for the lower-quality followers during your trial is that you’re currently on our starter plan. This plan promotes accounts to a global audience and does not include the option to target a specific audience, which can lead to followers from various regions. To ensure you’re reaching the right audience and seeing the true potential of our service, we’d love to invite you to upgrade to one of our targeted growth plans. Once you’ve signed up, reach out to our support team, and we’ll help you define your ideal audience and set up precise targeting to meet your goals. Best, Kicksta Team

Dear GianniL, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us! We understand your concerns and take them seriously. Based on the concerns you raised, it appears that the issue is tightly connected to the targeting. Our service, by default, focuses on delivering follower growth through exposure to a broad audience, which can sometimes result in followers outside your desired demographic. This can easily be resolved by switching to a "targeted growth" setup and a revamp of your targets. Kicksta support will be more than happy to assist you with this so please let us know the best way to reach you. Best, Kicksta Team

Hi Jason, Thank you for sharing your concerns with us! As discussed in our previous correspondence back in August, the charge was related to an unpaid invoice from a past subscription. While the system automatically attempted to process this, we understand your frustration and the confusion this caused. We value your feedback and will take steps to ensure such issues are avoided in the future. Best, Kicksta Team

Dear Silvia, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Although it took some time, I’m happy to let you know that our development team resolved the issues with your account and the connection was successfully re-established some 12 hours ago. To make up for the inconvenience, we’ve extended your subscription by 10 additional days and applied a special coupon to your account for the next month of service, should you choose to continue with Kicksta after your initial billing cycle ends. Our support already reached out regarding this matter so please make sure to check your inbox. P.S. Please add some targets so we can start performing targeted interactions immediately. Best, Kicksta Team

Dear Bernie, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear about your experience and would like to clarify a key point that may have impacted your results. After carefully going through your correspondence with our support, it appears that the maximum growth speed option was disabled on your dashboard at one point. This setting, as clearly outlined, is essential for achieving the guaranteed results since we're promoting your account to a wider audience. Without it enabled, our ability to deliver the expected growth is significantly reduced. We'd love to make this right for you so please feel free to reach out to our support so we can reinstate your account and get you the missing followers. Best, Kicksta Team

Dear Isabella, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're truly sorry to hear about the issues you've encountered. This is not how Kicksta operates and the followers we're bringing tend to stick around for quite some time. Since we want to make this right for you, could you please contact our support team directly at [email protected] or answer our information request? Alternatively, if there’s a preferred way for us to reach you, please let us know. Best, Kicksta Team

Dear Allan Lalla, Thank you for sharing your experience with Kicksta! We’ve double-checked your account, and it looks like Instagram temporarily placed a follow restriction due to a higher volume of interactions performed on your behalf. Rest assured, your account was never in any real danger, and the restriction should have already been lifted. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and would like to offer you a completely free month to make up for the lost time. You’re welcome to reinstate your account and continue using our services. Moving forward, we’ll reduce the number of daily interactions to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Best, Kicksta Team
