Hi Rich, Thanks for sharing your experience. We're really sorry the signup process didn’t go smoothly for you. That’s definitely not the first impression we want to leave. Your subscription was fully canceled as requested, but if you ever decide to give it another shot, we’d be happy to extend your trial to make up for the rough start. P.S. In our support team’s defense, we truly were handling an unusually high volume of tickets the day you started your trial. Best, Kicksta Team

Hi Mark, We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t have a positive experience with Kicksta, and we’d like to apologize for any inconvenience you might've experienced along the way. We'd also love to clarify that Kicksta does not provide fake followers. Our service is based on organic growth through engagement, that is, interacting with real users who follow the target accounts you provide. However, if those targets aren’t well aligned with your niche, the followers you attract might not seem relevant, which can understandably feel disappointing. Your subscription has already been canceled, and our financial team is currently reviewing your refund request. We’ll be following up with you directly once a decision has been made. We also want to assure you that our support team is available 24/7, and we always strive to respond as quickly and thoroughly as possible. If you have any further questions or concerns in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us again. Best, Kicksta Team

Hi Sandor, We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We want to clarify that our 7-day free trial applies only to our monthly plans, while our yearly plan is billed upfront at a discounted rate. This information is displayed at checkout. As soon as you reached out, our team responded promptly and reviewed your case. While our annual subscriptions are non-refundable per our policy, we offered multiple solutions, including converting your plan to a monthly subscription or applying credits for future use. We always aim to be as transparent as possible about our billing terms, and we appreciate your feedback. If you have any further concerns, our support team is happy to assist. Best, Kicksta Team
