Kicksta epically failed (100%) to fulfill its side of self-professed follower growth. Its dashboard: either lacking in accurate coding and connectivity or is faux; the latter seems more accurate in its (kicksta dashboard) performance. I followed all the Kicksta rules and requirements and procedures with a fiscal deficit on my spreadsheets ($99/m) and, curiously, lost follower base! Their email engagement: high and aggressive but with zero return on the performance side. Something is missing (integrity and connectivity). It reminds me of “fake it till you make it” thinking. There’s ZERO customer service. But Kicksta is sure to access your credit card with 100% punctuality; Even if you access your so-called (functioning) dashboard to toggle off Kicksta and cease “operations.” They are absolutely unable to operate under your Instagram password. Epic fail. Good luck to Kicksta. Don’t access the company. This company uses your credit card to create its lack of capital.

I'm really disappointed, I run a business instagram and I expected the service to be better.. I have paid to them few days back and until today I haven't received a single follower, however, you have to press this was me to their log in attempt which I denied because I released that was them after seeing the email so I asked them to reset my account. All what they have been replying with is the followers are on their way, it's been two days and the followers are on their way, if it was a physical movement they would have reached by now.. I'm really disappointed for another reason, their support email agent doesn't seem to read what I write.. Just random answers to show they are there..

I started Kicksta in May and immediately saw really good results. It worked until End of July beginning of August. For some reason within days I lost like 400 followers and didn't gain any. I emailed them. They told me this is some issue they are dealing with. Since two weeks nothing has changed. I cancelled my Account and will call my bank to blacklist them for my credit card after reading all these bad reviews. I feel like something must have went down 6 weeks ago and since then no one is working anymore.

bad experience with them. they simply didn't deliver what they announce. I contacted them several times and their answer was "our algorithm needs time to ramp up" We see it as a terrible scam and we think that it's basically a one person company that delegates the task of liking other posts to some people in a cheaper country like India. I don't recommend Kicksta.

very disappointed with this company. in the middle of my service they just stopped managing because they were "recalibrating" - so for 3 weeks nothing was happening on my account and an agent kept saying "it will be on in another 24 hours" yet I was still being charged. many of my posts went down massively in reach and engagement. when i asked them for a refund they gave me a $20 credit to use on ANOTHER crapy cycle of poor service. I have seen very little ROI from this company and poor customer service.

Emailed first week, was told they started and expect results soon. I emailed every week until a month was coming up and finally cancelled. Was told every week that they were working on it went to my “account” on their website and it said followers gained 0. They did absolutely nothing.

Used for 2 months to give it a chance to do its thing. It didn’t, I gained a very small amount of followers. Not many more than I was gaining on my own. Cancelled my service and they never refunded my first month as stated. Had issues getting it linked to begin with and their help line is very robotic and difficult to work with. I would not recommend this service. My coworker used a different one and had much much grander results.

I understand you are desperate to grow your Instagram account (who doesn't want more followers), but please avoid this company. YES, you will gain followers, 1 or 2 a day if you are lucky.... Worse part is, I tried to ask them to cancel my account and they have been ignoring me. I am now getting charged monthly WITHOUT their service! So I'm paying for nothing......It's been 5 days and still no reply back from them. I will have to cancel my bank card if they don't reply, but I want my refund. They don't have a phone number, so you can't call them and they don't have any names in their signature so you don't even know who you are talking to. Very scammy company!!!!!!
