They are expensive and instagram has blocked every single attempt to like even ONE post on my behalf. They must know this but still take people's money.

I CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT AND TWO YEARS LATER I AM STILL BEING CHARGED!!! BLOCKING THEM FROM MY CREDIT CARD NOW!!! My business account started following random, evangelical Christian women that obsessively post about the Bible and God, most of whom don't have young children. This is not at all my target audience since my business focuses on new moms who are a bit "crunchy" and natural focused. I believe the employees at Kicksta have been making my account (and other accounts) follow their personal Instagram accounts. I've had to unfollow MANY accounts like what I described above. I've been with Kicksta for 2 months and have seen no results whatsoever. I'm canceling my service immediately. What a waste of money.

Loosers. My account showed me an error and they could not fix it - for 7 days I was waiting for them to do it and they redirected this problem to other departments lol. Irresponsible and unproffessional company.

Kicksta's "system" had issues accessing my account since I signed up with them. There had been issues from the beginning. Whether it was a cool down phase or a security issue. Before Kicksta I had 10,285 followers (10/11/2019), I am now at 9,954 followers (11/22/2019). I have lost 331 followers ever since I started using Kicksta services. I found another company that has shown real progress, not fake promises.

3 months and $150.00 in. ZERO followers from it. Do NOT waste your money

I would give this company less than a 1 star review. Kicksta is simply a waste of money and time. In addition their customer service is terrible. Don't waste your money and time with Kicksta.

Here is the story. I signed for the trial and they immediately charged my card. I thought ok they must going to provide a real service so I gave them access to my account and they did nothing. Meanwhile, when I tried to cancel my subscription they conveniently did not receive my request and charge my card again. I ultimately had to freeze my card in order to prevent future charges. Now they will say that I only contacted them one time, but I guess you have contact them more than one time to cancel, but the end of the day, I was charged for nothing.

TERRIBLE company with no customer service. Does not work at all. Try another service.
