I literally could not seen any action taken on behalf of my account by this service. Customer service is automated and useless, and I have wasted $49 a month for too long. This is one of those "trust me" gimmicks with great marketing. Look somewhere else. Not worth the money for questionable, if any, return. I did work the accounts tagged routinely and saw zero result. One MAJOR issue is that you can not see any action. If I could give zero stars I would.

Kicksta is a terrible service that showed zero progress or engagement. Their plea of “stay longer to see results” = just keep your money coming! Please study all of the 4 and 5 star reviews on here. Look at what they are writing and how generic the experience is, plus how many other reviews they have posted, only 1 single review and it’s for Kicksta. I am very confident this is clearly Kicksta employees trying to boost their score on TrustPilot. Isn’t that ironic considering this website is literally to determine if you can trust a company and that very company is fabricating reviews. If you remove all of the fake reviews what are you left with? 90% of people with 1-2 star experiences.

After starting a new Instagram page I've concluded that Kicksta doesn't really work at all. I gained a lot of visitors in the first couple of months, but after some trial and error, I've realised that this was from my hard work of posting, interacting with people etc..I've tried it for 2 months now but will be cancelling. Also, a lot of the reviews on Trustpilot only have 1 positive review...a bit suspicious.

These clowns are just after your money and when issues arise they won't help. I asked for local followers (in the Los Angeles, CA, USA area) & they ended up getting me a lot of followers in the country of Brazil?!?! Then they started adding a lot of Realtors which I told them I did not want. Basically they caused more harm than good to my Instagram account. But if you ask for a refund, they will try to hide behind their very strict cancellation policy (even when they are doing a horrible job)! Do not do business with this company!!!

Service stopped working and they kept charging my card anyway after I told them I wanted to cancel.

The system was easy to sign-up for but was been a disaster after that. I immediately starting receiving dozens of verification notifications, which thought was fine, but it turns out Kicksta couldn't seem to login. Several time while I was logged in to my IG account the homepage/GRID showed a private message and prohibited me from being on normally. I would have to log out entirely and log back in. Again, I thought this was just part of the deal. Finally, after a few days, and dialogue via email through support, I learned that nothing had advanced -- Kicksta didn't have access -- and nothing was done to remedy the situation or move the application forward. I cancelled and am demanding a refund which they don't issue unless you ask for it. Very disappointed all around and a waste of several days.

I received a cancellation email and a refund of the amount that was charged a few days ago! Today I had another charge rm my credit card! This is looking like a joke without respect and with little professionalism! I want my chargeback immediately and the cancellation of your service! it's very disrespectful !!!!
