Signed up with kicksta and got 99$ subscription , only to find out that after getting everything setup , Few hours later got password error , kept resettting my insta password and trying to login on kicksta tool to no effect. Finally got rid of this painful experience and cancelled my subscription. Hopefully i will get my refund.

After a week of research, I settled on kicksta. However, like most of you I have concerns. I reached out to kicksta and asked to set up a phone call before signing up to go over some concerns that I have. I felt this was a fairly simple request. My request was refused and was told to just read over the FAQ section on the website. If this is the level of support they provide on the front end, I have to assume it only gets worse once they have your money in hand.

I believe what they are doing is fraud. I had this one month, paid $99 and saw them do not 1 thing. I am disputing their charges through my cc company. Don't do this!!!

Worst service ever. Gave them 5 months and not only did I not see any growth, but I lost followers. I requested a full refund and was only refunded one payment. $400 lost for nothing. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!

I tried Kicksta and only after a couple of days Instagram blocked me from liking, following and posting during three days. I was chocked and disappointed that Kicksta made the opposite of what I had paid for. Anyway I thought it was one time bad luck and kept going. One week later I got blocked AGAIN and this time for ONE ENTIRE WEEK, when I was not able to interact with anyone. It was a very stressful experience and damaging for my brand. I think it's awful that Kicksta did not inform about any of these risks, you should all be aware of this and take it into account! I would never have signed up if I knew this could happen.

Terrible service It rarely worked, when it did it would stop often. There was a period of about 3 months when it was not working and I was fobbed off with excuses. I got zero growth from this.

I wanted to like this but if it's not the challenging password set up or numerous suspicious logins, it's the fact they like literally only 2-3 posts a day on your behalf in the opening weeks (sometimes 0). I understand the scale up strategy but this would require you to spend months with them (at a high price) when you could literally do it yourself and grow quicker. I guess if you're a business you can afford this and wait out the 3/4 months it will take to kick in but for a freelancer or individual it's not worth it. In the end I'm £40 pounds down and wasted potential growth relying on Kicksta. Only positive was the quick response time, which to be fair was very good. Sadly the actual service is poor so I've cancelled the contract half way through and took the loss. Lesson learned. Cheers, Richard

It's fake, they are not give refund under 14 days. There's no cancellation option on their site so I highly recommend you not to subscribe this site stay away from this scammer
