PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not sign up for Kicksta. I am locked out of my Instagram because of them and cannot get back in. I read these reviews shortly after signing up and thought ‘oh, s**t’ but I decided to give Kicksta a chance since they have a two week guarantee outlined on their website. I thought well the worst that can happen is that there isn’t much growth and I can cancel and get my money back, right? SO wrong. If you think this before signing up, don’t sign up. If you think this afterwards, just cancel immediately and request that all Kicksta activity stops. They repeatedly login from all over the UK. I’m talking like 30+ login attempts in 3 days. Instagram flags this as a suspicious login, but Kicksta prompts you to accept so I did as I was giving it a chance. I did email Kicksta support as I wasn’t happy with all of the logins and I was starting to worry, but they reassured me and I just went along with it (I know, I’m stupid - should have trusted my instinct) On the morning of day 4, I was logged out of my account by Instagram due to suspicious activity. When I tried to log back in and verify my identity, my email had been changed and I cannot receive the verification code. I am currently going through the process with Instagram to regain access to my account as it’s been compromised and have to provide a lot of information. It is a long process. During these 3 full days and 30+ login attempts, Kicksta only liked 6 photos. You can check posts you’ve liked under your account settings - there was only 6 new likes that I did not recognise as I wasn’t liking posts myself due to not wanting to be blocked from posting/liking/commenting. If you’re building a brand and can’t afford to be locked out for at least a week, DO NOT SIGN UP TO KICKSTA PLEASE. TLDR; Lots of suspicious logins Only liked 6 photos Locked out of account Account email changed Now (hopefully) regaining access via Instagram hacking support

This company are a SCAM They do not respond to password reset messages and you cannot log in or cancel your account Do not provide a service and still charge you. AVOID

This is a scam. Only a few weeks in they kept saying my password wouldn’t work even though it was clearly working for me. Therefore they stopped activity on my account over and over again and to make matters worse my Instagram was blocked for 2 weeks. The supposed customer service is non existent. Templated auto replies that don’t even answer questions or address concerns. Asked multiple times for a live call or communication and this request was blatantly ignored as well as ignoring password questions and my request for a refund and to cancel multiple times.

This is a scam. Very well done though, looks super legit.

There is no way to communicate or ask questions. The only option available is the payment option!

Worst experience as a new customer. I signed up, paid, and was immediately notified of a password error for my IG account. I verified the password was correct with other browsers and devices and notified Kicksta that the error is with their platform. They assured me their "developers" were looking into it and to be patient. It has been five days and I still have not received a single minute of the service from Kicksta that i paid for. I will never recommend this company to anyone or business.

After much research I decided to sign up to Kicksta, due to the recommendations from legitimate sources such as Forbes. I used this service for four months, but have since cancelled. I wouldn't recommend this service at all - it is a waste of money! There was a little growth at first, but in the past two months I gained 0 followers from the service. When I was gaining followers, I noticed that accounts whose photos Kicksta was 'liking' often liked my photos back in reciprocation, even if they did not follow my account. I felt that this showed there was at least some activity happening on Kicksta's end. However, in the last two and a half months, this did not happen at all, which makes me question if Kicksta was doing anything at all! I contacted Kicksta to ask if perhaps their service was not working due to COVID-19, but they assured me that it was still working, but the activity showed otherwise. You're supposed to enter target accounts, and ones that I entered 4 weeks ago are still showing as 'collecting data', which is ridiculous. I don't believe Kicksta has been working on my account at all for quite some time now, yet they still took my money (US$99/month).

This was the worst experience. I was so disappointed with the service. The IG insights did not coincide with Kicksta's dashboard and metrics. I couldn't track properly. I don't know what accounts followed. I noticed the ones that did, dropped off/unfollowed quickly. Kicksta does not track the unfollowed accounts. It only measure the followed. There was no actual person that was assigned to my account. I could not speak to anyone to get an explanation. Some bot named Hannah would email with generic responses. I feel like this is a huge scam. I spoke with another colleague and they experienced the same exact thing. I hope to receive a refund. My advice, DO Not subscribe.
