I used this service a few years ago with great results. The dashboard was a lot more user-friendly and my account grew very well. Now, it's just NOT the same. I have been losing followers and there's been no traction in getting new ones. The dashboard doesn't even give much info into what's going on. After adding several targets almost a week ago - some accounts are still collecting data. I am requesting a refund as this service is no longer what it was. Update - @siritasavage

If I could give 0 I would. Please read carefully before choosing this company. I’ve been using this platform for 3 months. And my account is dead for more then month and half. 1. First and foremost when have you seen a company send you an email without their name and surname, phone number and position in their signature. Never. 2. You can’t contact them, only using an email. And they answer only through the weekdays, day or two after sending an email. 3. All the time they are giving me excuses why my account is not showing any kind of results. 4. All the time asking to change my password. 5. My account is not having any kind of activity. I had 6,5 k followers and in 3 months I’ve only got barely 2k, and people are unfollowing me every day, the numbers are dropping fast. 6. I checked how max photos are they liking in my name. Through the weekends, 0. And on their site it says 1500 per day. That’s a lie. I checked and send them so many emails, all the time telling you it’s not on them. It’s not on them that they are not even doing their job. Not liking any pictures. Wow. Very dissatisfied and disappointed by their service. 6. My account was in cold down mood for 3 weeks. Is this normal? 7. The people you talk through an email it’s like talking to a robot. 8. I requested a refund however they are talking too much not willing to refund me. Hi his company should be banned. I would not recommend this company at all. Don’t even believe the reviews they have on their site.

W T F? Nothing works. No targets can be added! Help desk doesn't answer. Pretty bad. Looks like a scam from the first impression

Please don't fall for this stupid trap like I did... I'm a busy single mom trying to grow my social media presence, so I thought a service like this would be a big help. I am so disappointed! After paying $100 for the premium subscription, I find that I am unable to add targets. I was told that the development team was working on it, and that things happen beyond their control. Then, I start receiving notifications that activity has stopped on my account because Kicksta can't connect, requesting an updated password. After confirming my password multiple times, it still would not work. As for Kicksta's reply, I was met repeatedly with poor excuses as to why I was having problems. The only way I was able to update my password or add targets was by emailing Kicksta and having them add them manually. The final straw was when my Kicksta dashboard started to claim that I was gaining new follows, with the numbers rising arbitrarily. I watched my account, tracked my new follows, and the numbers were not adding up: I'd gain 6 new follows (with accounts that I interacted with personally and gained organically) and kicksta would claim they earned me 120 new follows. They could offer nothing to back this number up. The whole thing is a joke and a scam, these services have been completely obsoleted by instagrams algorithms. Sorry to say, you'll have to earn your follows the good old fashioned way.

My experience with KICKSTA was extremely disappointing, and I was not delivered what was advertised. * The accounts are not organic. They are most likely bots that potentially could destroy your account, as mine was. ** Be happy with your numbers. Grow organically. And just enjoy taking photos and the followers you have.

Didn't gain a single follower. Scam.

So they tell you to pay premium to get better access to support and get a chat feature.... Not true... Doesn't exist. I try to add targets... not possible.... still waiting on an email response to fix my issues.... They told me I have an "Account Manager" CC'ed to my email... yet they are not CC'ed... So I can't even reach them...
