I used the product for a couple of days and decided to cancel because I got not even ONE like from targeted users. I asked for the "14 days GUARANTEED refund" in various different emails and I only got one reply the first time, saying (cit.) "Your refund request has been forwarded to our billing department already for review and approval. There will be a decision made within 24-48 hours. You will receive further clarification then.". What kind of decision and/or approval??? I cancelled after two days and you claim that the refund is GUARANTEED. It feels like a scam...

I joined the service almost 14 days ago. Very difficult system. They charged my credit card seven times at the beginning. Guess system error. They are not fraud but they do not deliver their promises. My IG account was temporarily blocked because of their use. I gained only 30 flowerers from my target account. I canceled my subscription because not satisfied. Waiting for the promise of refunding the money. Very slow service. However, good account manager if you have premium service. Yet, no phone calls everything via emails.

Kicksta got my IG account disabled. I had only been using the service for about 1-2 weeks when, one morning, I tried to log in and my account was disabled by IG. They did not offer a reason at first, but Kicksta was the only thing that had changed with regards to my IG activity. After 24 hours, my suspicions were confirmed that using the service had violated their terms/guidelines ('artificially attracting followers and likes'). While I knew using a service like this was sort of a sneaky way to get more followers, I did not think that their practices would directly violate IG rules. I figured that they had probably found acceptable loopholes around them. Thankfully, when I forwarded Kicksta screenshots and told them what happened they refunded my money. (Of course, I still don't have my IG.) I had to write this review because I am lucky that my account was just pictures of my puppy - a boredom-induced quarantine hobby - for entertainment only. (Maybe with the hopes of a dog company seeing his adorableness and wanting to partner if we had enough followers). But I'm sure that many of the people who seek out a service like this use IG as a business or a source of income, and for whom this outcome could be disastrous. While my livelihood was not affected, I did lose real connections with other pet owners and pet brands that were interested in collaborating on promotions. I also lost something even more valuable - photos & videos of my dog since the day I took him home. While I can start another account on a different social media platform, I certainly cannot replace those. Final thoughts: this experience helped me re-learn some important childhood lessons that I'd clearly forgotten: cheating is bad, don't cut corners and karma is a bit*ch.

Horrible, we had issues from the beginning and have not gotten any response from customer service to our 4 emails/support requests over a two-week period. Needless to say, we want to cancel within the 14-day trial period, but again: no response.

Had high hops that Kicksta.co was trust worthy but after I paid $99 it keeps giving me the error my instagram password is wrong and I can't do anything. I've tried signing into instagram with the password and it worked.. been trying to get ahold of support.

My account was blocked twice this month. The service runned fine the first 2 months, after this it was only blocks (headaches) and low amount of followers.

I am brand new. Paid for the premium. Linked my Ig no problem then all of a sudden needs the update IG password. Ive been trying for last hour to put my password it and it's not accepting . How is any company in this world allowed to open without a customer service number. Beyond me. I need answers. Reply to message from kicksta.
