DONT Signup. Kicksta did not do anything for me. 3 days of subscription, my account was not even active. I asked them and they replied that they are forwarding this issue to development team. I waited 10 days nothing happened. I cancelled subscription and they refunded around 30% subscription fee. On the website they claim guaranteed refund. Fake company

I waited almost 3 weeks for something to happen with my Instagram and nothing happened. I ended up canceling and going through my credit card company to get my money back. Don’t trust this company. I took a chance and they proved me right. I get growth doesn’t happen over night but when you are spending hundreds of dollars…I need at least a weekly email telling me what’s going on or something (especially since on the website they make it seem as though your only spending a couple dollars a day)…

I'd give them negative stars if allowed. I paid for the standard 49.00 plan. the initial onboarding automated emails came in quickly. after 1 month with zero growth (yes I'm still posting content on my end and I spend the time to identify the accounts will the followers I'd like to attract). I emailed them and got no response. I got busy with work and checked back after month 2 and still absolute zero results. CONCLUSION: TOTAL SCAM. DON'T WAST YOUR MOMNEY AND TIME.

Just recently set up a premium account a few weeks ago but still says collecting data and no new followers Can someone help me. I don’t want to cancel if I don’t have to just want it to work please @ctequinecollection

After paying and upgrading for my account (around 180U$, nothing happened. After a few weeks i contact the Kicksta team and they kindly answer that they had a 'technical' problem and basically nothing happened. I ask for a full cancellation, it took about 20 emails to get a 'confirmation', i also ask to cancel ALL associated services with that 'agency' : TSMAgrowth (SAME SCAMMERS). They confirm. A month later i receive a new invoice : 69 U$ for an instagram account that doesnt exist anymore, for a kicksta service i cancelled and got refunded more than a month afo so CLEARLY, not only these guys have ABSOLUTELY no clue about what they are doing but they do not care 1 % about customer service. be very careful and aware of that if you engage with these people

Signed up and immediately they had a system issue which they offered a $20 discount next month and would take a week to rectify. Manually had to pass the contact list and 3 weeks later nothing had happened on my account (still collating data) and had 2 followers which came from my post. I requested a cancellation and a refund. 4 emails have been sent to Hannah Davis one was acknowledged over the cancellation but nothing about the refund. Very poor and not worth it.

Months of ‘technical problems’ meant it never worked. Excuses were laughable. Avoid - it’s a joke.

Did literally nothing for 2 weeks. No updates, no performance, nothing. I would have been interested if I'd have seen any indication of growth, or a message explaining why it hadn't 'got to work' - but after two weeks this platform hadn't completed a single action.
