Hi Terrence, We appreciate you taking this survey and letting us know how you feel about the service. We're sorry if your account was shut down when you joined Kicksta. The Kicksta application is intended for organic growth, which means that it requires access to your account in order to carry out the activities. Those logins were made because we employ a proxy location for our servers, but it does not do harm to any accounts. We also investigated your registered username, which looks to be an operational Instagram account: https://www.instagram.com/terry.worsfold/ You can contact us at any time, Terrence, and we will be happy to provide further information about our services. Take care, Kicksta Team

Hi Ben, We appreciate you taking this survey and letting us know how you feel about the service. We are sorry if you didn't see any activity when you started the FREE trial period. At that time, the system was still evaluating your account's capabilities, and it usually takes time to find its footing. We're also sorry if your account was canceled. After we received your cancellation request, we had to honor it as we understood that you no longer wanted to continue with the service. Kicksta ensures that we provide a high-quality service, and you may always reactivate your subscription if you wish to try it out. You can contact us via chat, and we will gladly assist you. Take care, Kicksta Team

Hi Doan, I appreciate you taking this survey, and letting us know how you feel about the service but I just want to straighten it out that no money was taken from your account as we canceled it within the 7-day trial period. We offered the service for FREE in order to provide our customers with firsthand knowledge of how an organic growth service operates. We apologize if it did not match your expectations. In case you change your mind and give Kicksta a second chance, I assure you that it would give value to your hard-earned money because our strategy has been proven to be effective in establishing your IG account on a solid foundation. For any concerns, please email us at [email protected]. Take care, Kicksta Team

Hi There, I apologize if you were dissatisfied with our service, however the $129 plan does not promise a set quantity of followers. Our pricing policy is clearly stated on our website: https://kicksta.co/pricing. The Ultimate Plan, which costs $219, provides 2,000 guaranteed followers per month. I also tried pulling up your account using the information below but I am unable to locate your account: Email: [email protected] Phone number: 7327548336 Name: Ryan De La Uz If you could send us an email with your IG handle, our team would be happy to look into your account and determine what the problem is. Best, Kicksta Team

Hi Jaclyn, I'm sorry to hear about not getting a refund after your trail period ends. Upon further investigation, your account was charged immediately after the trial period ended. This is the reason why the refund was not issued. It was also stipulated on our Billing Policy that "refunds are not available after the trial period. Continuing beyond the trial means accepting responsibility for all charges based on your chosen plan and our policies." We're very sorry if Kicksta could not honor your request but we'll make sure to provide the service while your account is active. Please email us for any concerns at [email protected]. Best, Kicksta Team

Hi Aleksandra, I'm sorry to know that you got fake followers while you were on the trial period. This is a common problem in most social media outlets - certain number of non-legitimate accounts will sneak into the mix since the account is public and other users can still see it. But please know that Kicksta does not generate bot followers. It’s not just possible because we have a proprietary set of filters that make sure it only engages with real users. We'd love to give you more insights as to how the program works. You may reach us at [email protected]. Thanks, Kicksta Team

Hi Jenny, I'm sorry if you're seeing fake followers on your IG account. I believe our team already explained how our service works. Getting fake followers is a common problem in most social media outlets - certain number of non-legitimate accounts will sneak into the mix since the account is public and other users can still see it. With Kicksta, choosing the right targets with real followers similar to your niche is very important. This helps the program engage to legit IG accounts. That's what the program only does but it's up to the end-user to follow your account or not. Although, I'm confirming the cancelation of your subscription. Again, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Kicksta Team!

Hi There, I'm sorry for the delay in communication, and for your Instagram account was blocked while you were using the service. I tried searching your account using "Dede" but I could not pull up any details. I'm more than happy to share a better view about how the program works. You may reach our chat support or email support at [email protected]. Looking forward to hearing from you. Take care, Kicksta Team
