Despite my best efforts, the fact remains that we have no influence over the people who choose to follow you. The accounts with whom we interacted are followers of your targets whom the algorithm recognizes as being comparable to your niche audience. Hi Natalie, We appreciate you taking the time to respond to this survey and share your Kicksta experience. We apologize if you feel this way about the service. I realize how aggravating it is to not receive any followers during the 7-day trial despite having chosen the Ultimate Plan. This is due to the fact that not all functions, particularly gaining guaranteed followers, are activated during the trial period. During the FREE TRIAL, it simply focuses on interacting with your targets' followers, but whether or not they follow you back is beyond our control because it is still up to them to decide. Although accumulating hundreds of followers after your subscription term begins is rather usual, this is due to the mere fact that many influencers assist us in promoting your account to a larger audience. However, this does not imply that they are fake. These are accounts or people who notice your account and decide to follow you. We are more than willing to continue providing the service for which you have already paid. If you change your mind, please let us know so that we can help you strategize your targets as well.
