My placed my order on May 3, 2026, it’s now May 20, 2026 and shoes have not arrived. Fed ex tracking was canceled for whatever reason and another created! I had to reach out to them about this because they didn’t say anything to me about it! Once I did that they created another shipping label on or about 05/12!! 05/17- shoes “appeared” as if they were in Irving Tx since then and the only thing I am being told is they are in transit and can not be cancelled but can offer a no shipping fee on next order! This is unacceptable! Will not purchase from them anymore and I do not recommend!
