NEVER ORDER FROM HERE EVERYTHNIG IS FAKE THERE REFUND POLICY IS HORRIBLE DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Communication was great from the start and arrived on time.

I ordered a pair of AJ 3 Lucky green sneakers in a 11.5 because certain sneakers run small. To my surprise, when I received them they were too big. When I contacted customer service to exchange for a smaller size, I was directed to their return policy and was told that because I made the mistake and not them, that there was nothing they could do. I was offered a 30% discount off my next pair and told to keep the current pair as a token of appreciation or perhaps consider gifting them to a friend. I've never had such a bad experience like this with any establishment that I purchased from. I ended up purchasing the correct size although I'm stuck with a pair I can't use. However, the elephant print on the both pairs DOES NOT look like the photo or how it's supposed to, which is grey in color not off white.

Fast! Shoes exactly as described
