Ordered a pair of Jordan 1s lost and found on june 25th. Said it was gonna take approximativt 5-7 working days. After almost 2 weeks of whole lot of nothing, I decide to shoot an email. To which I get a reply from a guy named Chris assuring me that They are working on my order. Another 2 weeks passes and nothing. Then all of a sudden I receive an email where They are blaming ”stock discrepancy” after that I demanded a refund. Today is August 8th and I still havent received my money back or any sneakers. Guys just do yourself a favor and stay away from ordering. Possibly the worst customer service i have dealt with. Cheers

Sold a pair of shoes on their platform - after they received the shoes they informed me by email the shoes are the wrong size - they didn’t say which size the authenticator said the shoes are. I have pictures I took before sending the shoes to them that show them to in fact be the correct size. I didn’t receive a response to my email (kickgame say they respond within 3 days, I’ve waited weeks now). In the same email they ask for £5.99 to be paid through PayPal to have the shoes returned which I paid promptly. Two weeks on and I have still not received the shoes or any further communication regarding the money I paid for the return of my shoes, or clarification on what size the authenticator said the shoes are. Looks like they’ve stolen the shoes or they did in fact sell them after all but they don’t want to pay me… Simultaneously they shutdown my account, meaning I cannot access the sold history and any other info related to the pair of shoes I sent them, I had no previous history of ‘incorrect sizes’ or ‘rejections’ - with one previous successful sale many months ago which they took about 3-4 weeks to send the money to me for. Other platforms take a few days only. This isn’t the way to run a business. Multiple follow up emails have gone unanswered. Have reported them to trading standards. Buyers and sellers beware.

Yet another awful experience on trying to return a purchase. 6 emails and no reply. Returned sliders via next day delivery at my own cost as they don't have a returns option for NI! Close to £300 basically stolen as they don't respond to emails. Awful service

My shoes have not come I sent them multiple emails and waited in between for them to reply and they didn’t horrible customer service I don’t recommend my money quite literally got stolen

If I could score less than a one star I would. The worst online shopping experience ever!! Appalling customer service , quality in shoes is poor and they cancelled my order twice . Very slow to reply to emails and quite honestly they are not bothered by anything the customer has to say. Unhelpful , rude and poor service. I would not recommend them.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! CROOKS!! I sent back some Jordan 1s. Have o proof they have been received - been roped I would receive a refund after a week of trying to get a return label. Still nothing also in my account for the refund!! Now ignoring me. Have reported and have basically been robbed

I would not order of this company again ordered I on the the 24th of April with 5-7 days shipping on the 7th day they told me they needed to out source and would take 7-14 days it will be 21 days tomorrow and when I mentioned canceling my order and getting a refund they can’t even be bothered to reply to emails or give me any updates on my order and I still have not received my order almost a month later

I purchased a pair of Nike Air Jordans which have fallen apart after just 18 months light wear. They cost £380. Nike would have refunded if I had purchased through a authorised supplier but sadly Kickgame are not an authorised supplier. Kickgame themselves are not interested at all and have told me there is nothing they can do. Very unhelpful company which I would not buy a Nike product from.
