I am writing this review to express my outrage with the experience which we had last Wednesday, July 1st, 2026, at Kick Axe Brooklyn @ Kick Axe Brooklyn 622 Degraw St, Brooklyn, NY 11217 We had a staff appreciation event for our rehab and nursing center at that place. NYC had a heat wave that week and the temperature was 97 degree on that Wednesday. As soon as we came to that place, we realized that their AC was NOT working!!!!! One of their employees pretended to fix the AC unsuccessfully yet assure us that floor fans will keep us comfortable. Few people who came earlier from our team called their work friends immediately and advised them NOT to come at ALL because AC was not working. It was horrible there and totally killed our event. People managed to stay for approximately 1.5 hrs out of respect to the organizer. Now, my question is: WAS IT DIFICULT to contact the organizers and informed them that AC was NOT working and ask if they would like to reschedule?????? Isn’t this the honest and professional way to conduct the business??? Moreover, few people tried to contact the venue via email and phone, but no one ever received a call back or respond to the email at least to express their apology for not handle this the write way, never mind the partial reimbursement. I am writing this review to advise future potential customers NOT to plan any gathering/ event at Kick Axe Brooklyn. Be aware that you NEVER be informed of any unexpected conditions which may spoil your event. Next time it may be the restrooms or refrigerators with cold drinks, or leaking roof!

KickEX Exchange feels unfinished and poorly managed. While the branding tries to appear professional, the actual service tells a very different story. The platform has frequent bugs, unclear navigation, and inconsistent performance. Even simple tasks like depositing, trading, or withdrawing can turn into stressful experiences. One of my biggest concerns was how problems are handled. When users report issues, there’s little follow-up and no sense of urgency. It gives the impression that once you deposit your funds, you’re mostly on your own. That’s a dangerous feeling in the crypto space, where trust is everything. Compared to other exchanges, KickEX lacks polish, transparency, and reliability. There are far better alternatives available that offer clearer rules, faster support, and smoother performance. Based on my experience, I would not recommend KickEX to beginners or experienced traders alike.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with KickEX Exchange from start to finish. The platform looks modern on the surface, but once you actually start using it, the problems become obvious very quickly. The user interface is confusing, basic features are poorly explained, and important information is either hidden or completely missing. For a crypto exchange, transparency should be a top priority, but KickEX seems to fall short in that area. Customer support is one of the biggest weaknesses. When I faced an issue with withdrawals, it took days just to get a generic response, and even then, it didn’t solve anything. There was no clear explanation, no timeline, and no real accountability. It felt like talking to an automated system rather than real people who care about users. On top of that, the trading experience itself is unreliable. Orders don’t always execute as expected, prices can feel out of sync with other exchanges, and during high volatility the platform becomes slow or unresponsive. That’s unacceptable when real money is on the line. Overall, KickEX gave me very little confidence, and I would not recommend it to anyone who values reliability and proper support.

Trust me DO NOT USE KICK EX, This is the worst, THE ABSOLUTE WORST TRADING PLATFORM, i have had multiple problems with them and, the last problem i had with them is that I opened my account and i was missing one of my BIGGEST COINS, THAT I WAS HOLDING FOR A LONG TIME, AND THEY DELETED THIS COIN ANDTHEY ARE TELLING ME THAT THEY SENT ALL THEIR USERS THAT THIS COIN WILL BE DELETED AND THEY ONLY SENT ONE E-MAIL THIS IS THE WORAT PLATFORM TO USE FOR ANY KIND OF TRADING, the only platfor that i would suggest to anyone that is looking for a good stable long term platform then go for Binance!!

100% loss of my 2017 investment of 1 BTC (around 4500 $ USD at the time) due to nonsense KickEX company policy. This is the reply I got from the support. It speaks for itself. "There are 888,888 frozen KICK tokens on your wallet. The thing is that these tokens (888,888) are no longer valid - no new KICK tokens were credited to them, which is why they have no value and are useless as of July 1. All transactions on the old KICK token contract are suspended on July 1, 2021. In the future, it may be possible to get Reward Points for frozen 888,888 KICK. The exchange of 888,888 KICK to RP will only be available to active KickEX users. This feature may appear after Ethereum's gas costs are normalized: presumably after ETH 2.0 is implemented, as transaction fees are extremely high at the moment. The actual data for the new KICK token is available on CMC here – [link to kicktoken on coinmarketcap] Also you can always buy KICK tokens on KickEX exchange. Also on your wallet are xx,xxx old KICK tokens. On July 1, 2021, a swap took place, during which the old tokens were exchanged for new ones. According to the terms of that KICK token swap that took place on July 1, 2021, for a successful swap, you needed to have at least xxx,xxx KICK tokens in your wallet. Unfortunately, your wallet did not participate in the exchange and you did not receive new KICK tokens." Extremely complex mumbo jumbo. So even the large amount of money I originally invested means nothing. Investing approximately 4500 USD and still could not meet their arbitrary threshold of minimum investment to be worthy of token migration. "According to the terms of that KICK token swap" - Yeah, unilaterally dictated by the company, that I obviously didn't agree to. Token migrations with short deadlines are a common tool used by scammers to get rid of exiting investors. A few will always inevitability miss token migration deadlines. Every missed migration deadline means the KickEX company could increase its share and reduce the share of the investor. Of course KickEX will claim they said so at the time but this is impossible. I would challenge me to show a a link on The Web Archive that stated in the major ICO advertisement that there will be a token migration with a 1 year deadline and you will loose your money unless you invest who knows how much.

Total scam project! Do not put your money on it. I was holding around $100 of kick tokens and today after the fake pump i checked my account and found that i have only $1 worth of the coins. (The decreased the amount of kicktoken from wallet until it's worth $1 now) Contacted the support and described the issue... They asked for wallet adress and i gave them the wallet adress (kickex wallet) and then they told me, oh no this is not your wallet address because we couldn’t find kick token transaction on it. What a joke team. Don't be a victim like me! Don't invest a single cent on the exchange total scam!

This may not be an outright scam but there is definitely some questionable business practices. The requirement of having had to complete a significant amount of trades on the KICKEX exchange to unfreeze the 888,888 KICK tokens brings up the question of if it was really worth it to follow through with it. But the main thing I think is bad business is placing a one year limitation on unfreezing the 888,888 KICK tokens that were sent to user wallets as part of an airdrop. One year is not really all that much time to set a deadline and it's more than understandable that many users (including myself) may have not known about the unfreezing process. I think it's reasonable to believe that with the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it was fairly easy to miss or overlook emails and social media posts advising of the deadline. I think that leaving many of these users holding worthless tokens without providing a mechanism to unfreeze the tokens after the deadline is downright dishonest and a surefire way to lose the collective trust of the crypto community and ultimately fail due to this lack of action. In my opinion, the only way to rectify the situation and save their reputation is to make things right and allow these users a mechanism to convert their tokens to the new version.
