The entire process of setting the business up with Kibopay and the new credit card scanner has been easy and efficient and any questions were addressed promptly. It was a very good alternative to raising my rates for service since the business falloff due to COVID. The Free Trial made it a No Brainer for me. I am very pleased and will continue to be I am sure.

I received a flyer from Trustpilot claiming that a credit card processing company named Kibo could process all of my credit card transactions for $29.00 per month total cost regardless of the total amount of charges. I called for more information and Maria Khapayeva did an excellent job of explaining that the processing works by charging the customer instead of the merchant. I have a small business but the savings are significant and Maria is always available to help me through any questions or concerns. In my first month of sales with Kibo all as gone well and we haven't had negative feedback from our customers.
