Most Important Business Decision I've EVER MADE!!
I have been a small business owner for over 12 years and within that time I have been with at least 6 different credit card processing companies. All of whom, has never satisfied me, with neither the fees nor with the customer service. (ESPECIALLY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE). So therefore, I was skeptical about the savings promised by KIBOPAY.COM and the stupendous customer services that they seemed to offer. So, after several months of delay, mostly with me being reluctant to switch, I finally did. And it has been an absolutely incredible experience. It really was everything they said it would be. I Was paying over $1300 each month in credit card fees. And now: $29.99 each month. WOW!!!! I feel pretty dumb not making the switch earlier, especially after Covid-19 hit us, because since then, 85% of my total sales are now processed using credit cards. **Nobody pays with cash anymore** (Behold the Future). Also, as far as customer representatives go. Everyone that I had a pleasure of speaking with, provided me with the utmost courtesy, and answered all of my question, with knowledge and a "smile". It made the entire process so incredibly pleasant. I would also like to take this opportunity to mention an extraordinarily, and exceptional customer representative that helped me step by step, and made the transition so incredibly easy. Thank You very much, Shirley Giraldo, without you I would have been completely lost. I appreciate your help, your patience, and especially, for not giving up on me and allowing me the time and space to switch over when I felt comfortable and ready. Unlike, EVERY OTHER company, you NEVER pressured me one bit and you never abandoned me through the transition, and even helped me along afterward. So on behalf of my family and myself, Thank you very much. You have my respect and trust!
