We were really reluctant to make a change simply because it sounded too good to be true. We couldn't be happier with our decision. We have not experienced resistance from our customers. The customer service with Kibo is absolutely exceptional. I can reach out to Shirley at any time of the day and she is so very quick to respond. She is extremely helpful given any situation and very thorough. It's been a great partnership and I would highly recommend them.

Kibo Pay solved the credit card problem for my small business. Interest fees were taking a big bite. Now I can offer clients all payment methods ( including credit cards ) without the loss of revenues. Shirley and Ryan were great at answering questions and getting me set up. I highly recommend Kibo Pay!
