My experience with Kibo Pay has been awesome. Rachel has been very helpful with guiding me in the transition from my old credit card processor to Kibo Pay. It was very simple and fast. I highly recommend switching if you are unhappy with all the fees you are paying due to your credit card processor.

Crystal was amazing from day one! Very responsive and clearly cares for her customers and wants them to be happy. Had a tiny technical issue that Crystal got resolved ASAP with the help of Anwar. Both were incredibly nice and helpful. Would absolutely recommend!! Mike from butter'dudder Ice Cream

This has been the best business decision i have in switching my merchant services. The tremendous amount of fee's I was paying before, now I can pass these to customers which have a choice to pay cash or card. Great customer service for start to finish in transactions.

I was having difficulties answering the PCI compliance questionnaire, contacted Maria at Kibopay and she connected me with a company who walked me through each question easily and the process was over in 5 minutes. Awesome!

We are incredibly grateful to Shirley G. at KIBO for her assistance in getting started with our new CC processing system. She was easy to understand and very friendly. The terminals are easy to use as well as the online portal. In fact, we have added KIBO to our second office! I highly recommend KIBO!
