Mike was amazing to work with from his support and expertise to being there with me the whole way ensuring my credit card machine is always working when I need it. I recommend anyone that has needs to for a credit card machine and continue support that they can rely on to go with Mike.

I love that Kibo calls you back if they receive a call over the weekend outside their business hours. They genuinely care about your experience as a client and they go above and beyond to resolve issues as quickly as possible. I can’t recommend them enough to any small business owners out there! They’re life savers!

I highly recommend using Kibo. It has saved me a lot of money month to month and their team is friendly and easy to work with. Rachel was the one who set me up with everything and she is awesome. Will recommend them to all my collogues.

We had a dispute and a manager reached out the next day and corrected it all. We did not realize we were calling the wrong company, the one listed on our mobile processing device, regarding our account. Double check you’re talking to Kibo Pay customer care and not one of their processing merchants. We did not do this and the company we were speaking with didn’t clarify. Either way, it all worked out and Kibo Pay customer service was amazing,
