My experience with Mary Ocampo has been extremely helpful, very professional immaculately exceptional, she's very knowledgeable always follow up to make sure all questions were answer in cases where she has to do a referral to another department in which some of the other associates are very rude and disrespectful. Mary would assure you that she'll address your problems and would work diligently until she resolve your problems or concerns. I've been in business for over 17 years and would love to let it been known that with employees like Mary Ocampo you'll always have great business she's an asset to your company. Very professional, polite, kind,honest,humble. I really appreciate working with her. She makes communicating with your company much easier. Thanks Mary, for stepping into helping me from not closing my account with Kibopay. That lady from the accounts department was very rude and disrespectful she ask if I wanted to close my account with very distasteful attitude Thanks again to Mary Ocampo that assured me of professionalism exist within your company. We keep so much from our collections without paying high fees to the credit card companies. Mike is amazing as he guided us through the whole process and it was so easy that I wish I could have done it sooner. Highly recommended.
