The rep came on the line right away and answered all of my questions regarding the sale of our business and getting the new owners set up with their own account. This was just yesterday. She sent an email to me explaining the process along with her direct telephone number. I forwarded this to the new owners. The new owners were able to get their account in place before they opened today. They also received a new machine and got that all set up today. Couldn't ask for better communication!!!

We were tired of paying fees to our merchant account so we were looking for different options. Kibo Pay has worked out so well for us. When I called to get information Mike K. was so helpful and he explained everything in detail. We got to try it for free without a commitment but we love it and we will be staying with Kibo Pay!

Easy transition. We are now saving tens of thousands of dollars a year that can be used for improvements to our practice, better benefits and wages for our staff. Kibbo also did a fantastic job with our ERC credit. Highly recommend..BTW Shirley is amazing to work with. Thanks for all you do Kibbo

This was a very smooth transition! It only took a couple of days for Rachel to get us up & running with our customized payment link. One of my favorite features is manual batching - instead of having a million small deposits, we prefer transferring a larger chunk a couple times a week. We have been with Kibo for 1 month and have saved over $1600 in processing fees! We used to absorb those costs and now we get to pass them along to our customers leaving us a bigger bottom line. This is the move! Wish we would've switched sooner. Thanks so much for your help!

Mr. Mike Klimczak is an Awesome Guy!! I have been a customer of many credit card companies. Kibo merchant is the one to be so honest and professional.Usually once I was signed up It’s very hard to communicate with someone ! With Kibo, he made the whole process so easy!! It’s hard to change what you’re used to but I have no regrets!! It has been wonderful change.
