This company is truly one of a kind fantastic and their team members are super stars. I am very old fashioned and to have the ability to speak to a "real person" each time - with zero long wait time - is priceless. Happy Monday everyone. Let’s talk about miss Shirley first. From the 1st day that we spoke it was like a connection. I received a flyer in the mail from Kino pay. When she told me the customers pays the price for Merchant service. I was like let’s do this. It’s hard every month from the 1st to the 5th when the merchant companies take out their fees for the month. With me $500 or better. Rent has to be paid. Ect. Then your merchant company to go take out $500 or better. That hurts. And I have 2 accounts. Restaurant and food truck. To make a long story short. When i have problems. I call Sheryl. Not the main office. Sheryl. That’s my lady. So I called her last week. I want to sell my future sales . . I did no paper at all. Because they have your information when you come aboard. They looked at the numbers that I process. Call me back and said yes. Looked over the #. And I signed the paperwork.. money in the bank the next morning. They on get a percentage when u batch out.
