Great company for your dollar

I have been so impressed with this company since we first signed up with them. Any time I have had any issue, including just forgetting how to do something, their customer support has been right there. I've always gotten to talk to a human without having to go through numerous phone trees. Much appreciated! My most recent encounter was because our business suffered some check fraud and we had to change bank accounts. Rachel was super helpful in getting all of that done and it's a big deal. So thanks, KiboPay, for just being great at what you do!

Our experience has been extremely favorable. Shirley made it very easy to become a KIBO merchant and we never ran into any difficulties during all daily activities. If there ever was any mix-up on our part, the team was very efficient in the correction of the mis-hap. Shirley is there to help even now as we close the account due to closure of the activity and retirement. Thank you KIBO!
