We worked with Rachel; she was awesome walking us through the process. We had been with our previous processor for years, but she convinced us to change to Kibo and we could not be happier. Ryan has been Awesome!! During our first call, he really hung in there with me. The call was almost an hour long and included many difficult and/or unusual questions as our POS needs at our business are unique. Through a bit of trial and error, we were able to work out exactly what was needed and how Kibo could help save us huge amounts of money. He was right with me during the setup process of our terminal as well. I would absolutely recommend him to a colleague and plan to if I have the chance.
