I very much appreciated Maria's kind and helpful attitude and knowledge of the problem I had. She took care of everything and took the cranky right out of me.

If you are in the need of a credit card company, Kibo pay is where you need to go. These guys stay in contact with you. If you have a problem, they almost resolve it immediately if not immediately, it will get resolved. They won’t stop until it’s fixed and the best part for a business accepting credit cards is that the fee is charged to the customer and not the business anymore you get all your money you have earned. Love love love this company.

My experience with Ryan has been wonderful so far. He helped me with all of the questions I’ve asked. I am also doing my other business with him as well. Do yourself a favor and sign up!

Kibo Pay company has been great to work with. I changed to Kibo Pay about 5 years ago with Maria Khapayeva and I have never regretted it. The customer service is excellent. When I have had a need to contact customer service for any issue, I have always been given satisfaction and assistance to resolve an issue. I spoke with Mike Klimczak today and he was able to help me, very kind, knowledgeable and professional.

Shirley was incredibly helpful at not only solving a problem with a fee but helping to set up the rest of the things that I had not yet set up, clarifying things on how MS works and fixing my password issues thank you!

Working with Kibo is a game changer. Knowing all the money you work for will be delivered to you is such a great feeling. The company is right there when you have any questions and at anytime you need them. Happy to have made the switch.

I'm new to this service as of the past 3 months, but so far, it's been perfect! Mike Klimczak has been very helpful and always responsive when I've needed his guidance. Their services are helping my office immensely, and it's all straightforward and easy to understand. I wish I would've signed up with them years ago!!!
