Kibo PayReviews of kibopay.com

Mike K. at KIBO is a straight up, honest representative that explained the process in roughly 10minutes, had my office all set up smoothly and efficiently that we could not believe how easy it was. And the best part-I am now saving a TON of money in my pocket by using KIBO! So Easy, the people are great... best decision EVER! I Tell Every Business owner we interact with to switch to KIBO.

Our original contact was with Ryan who was very helpful and answered all my questions. Our follow-up contact has been with Mike who is so cheerful and helpful. He never makes me feel stupid (even though sometimes I may deserve it). He answers all questions in an upbeat manner, explaining everything so I know all is OK and my concerns are gone. Mary just helped with PCI compliance questions. She got me to the right person who took care of it and is checking tomorrow to make sure PCI has it right. This team is top-notch! Who could ask for more?

Mike made it simple, even for an old dinosaur like me. I have had nothing but excellent help from the Kibo team. Thanks, Clark

Maria is Always there to help- no matter what time of day I call. I greatly appreciate her professionalism and quick response to any questions I may have. She is definitely an asset to your company. K.C.

I switched to Kibo Pay last year after being with a few different credit card merchant services companies for many years. I sure wish I had gone with Kibo Pay sooner! I have save a bundle of money on credit card fees. Our patients do not care about paying the fee on top of their charge. Not only is the savings amazing but the customer service that I have received is outstanding. Crystal Maciel, my agent at Kibo is always accessible and has been very very helpful in all of our needs. Thank you Crystal and thank you Kibo Pay! Dr. Brad

I am very pleased with Mr. Ryan Molinaro. He is always accessible, capable and tries his best in helping his customers. Recently, we had a minor problems with our merchant account, He responded quickly and solved the issue with my very best satisfaction. I can see how he loves and cares about Kibo, I thought that he is the owner. He represents the company well. Thank you H. Laura Jin, MD. FACP

I am a private practitioner who has been in business for 45 years. As a clinical psychotherapist, we typically do our own billing, advertising, payments, etc., and we rely on others to help us do an efficient and trustworthy job. The people at Kibo Pay especially, Mike L. has been absolutely outstanding! He and his magnificent staff were helpful, encouraging and have solved every single issue that has come up -whether it was simple or complicated. They had a team that worked on problem-solving until the job was done. I recommend Kibo Pay to everyone who needs a credit card processing system that works as well as the people behind the product!

Shirley is professional, knowledgeable, and is super pleasant. I don't need help often but when I need help I need it now. Shirley is there and answers all my questions and solves my problems. Thank you Shirley!
