Easy to manage and great service

Re-review! We have now been working with Kibopay for a few months and I have no complaints on the customer service they have provided to us. Maria has worked with me from the beginning and she is so easy and pleasant to talk to. She has always been quickly accessible to contact and response time back to me is great!

So far my experience with this company has been excellent! Maria is very helpful and friendly and responds to any questions or concerns I have quickly. Good customer service seems to be more rare these days and so far I'm very impressed with this company.

Mary and Crystal are absolutely awesome to work with. Their customer service is phenomenal and any glitches that I had with the processors or my own ignorance with immediately attended to and figured out. I have had several credit card processors reach out to me to change and there is no way--Kibo is great, the customer service is great, the product is easy to use, and they are attentive.
