Had the pleasure of working with Zach Berry on my 3rd loan with Kiavi. What made this loan different was that I didn’t use a broker and tried to deal with Kiavi myself. At first I was nervous about how the process would go but Zach made it easier for me to process the loan than it was when I used a broker.
