There were so many positive things to talk about Kiavi and the way they were helping me with my real estate investment. In the process of completing my first fix and flip I got to have personal conversation with a sales development representative named Alexander Caddo. Alex was so helpful in answering the questions I needed , and if she didn’t quite know the answers, she was honest and help to get those answers. Her follow up was on point and not aggressive at all. I found that talking with her, assured me of the steps that I needed to take, and she gave me the encouragement that I needed to achieve this task. I would highly recommend Kiavi as a lender because they were able to provide a qualification letter and I really hope that everybody that calls could talk to Alex.
