Super easy company to make business with Kiavi. They are on top of things all the time. The platform is very friendly ans allwows you to keep track of everything. Transaction was very smooth

Tyler Rivers and team did an outstanding job. They were quick and efficient and, saved a deal that was almost dead due to another not being able to come through at the last minute.

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and clarity throughout this process. The loan processor repeatedly reiterated the same items on the needs list without providing clear guidance. Despite my multiple requests for phone calls, I did not receive them. More concerning, I specifically asked several times to escalate to a manager, and those requests were ignored and denied. Additionally, there was consistent confusion regarding conditions required for title. Even the title company expressed the same frustrations and lack of clarity that I experienced. Overall, this transaction was an absolute nightmare from beginning to end. I have been part of thousands of real estate transactions, and this ranks as one of the top five worst experiences I have ever had. I remain particularly frustrated that Kiavi refused to provide manager contact information, which could have alleviated many of these issues. Oh, and it was extra fun when Kiavi released loan documents on a loan that was not cleared to close, resulting in a full redraw of docs. Nothing says “great customer experience” quite like signing a full loan package with a notary three separate times.

The staff I worked with in sales and servicing were great. Explained the terms and answered calls / emails throughout the transaction promptly. Loan was approved in 5 business days.
