Restee Ceballos was amazing! She was very on top of everything, responsive, and friendly. The portal website was easy to navigate as well and it was helpful that you all had the insurance vendor, loan estimates & everything easily accessible. Will def use again! Hopefully the draws are easy to navigate too.

it got done so that's the main thing. I didn't have one main person handling my deal like in a regular loan. Each one handled a different aspect which when explained to me who did what was unclear. When i had questions on the day of settlement, which in Maryland is a drop dead date, time of the essence after which date we're out of contract & need an extension or they could sell it to someone else, i couldn't get in touch with anyone and when I finally did they said that wasn't their department and said he knew nothing about how the fixup money was handled. So I was signing cold, having no explanation or a copy of the agreement i had to sign with no review. Honestly i thought who i thought was my main contact was an AI. Just no human communication skills. This was my first deal using u so now I pretty much know how it works. But in future deals I would still like to know who i contact with questions. In the flipping game there is not much time if u want to be competitive so responsiveness is paramount, thanks for the money cause my mother said it doesn't grow on trees & then I found the Exotic Kiavi Tree.
