Working with Kiavi has been one of the best lending experiences I’ve had from start to finish. Dylan Miceli is hands down one of the best loan officers I’ve ever worked with. When I say amazing, that’s truly an understatement — he was responsive, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth. Andrew Sacksteder was also outstanding. He clearly explained every underwriting requirement, stayed available throughout the process, and helped move everything forward efficiently to get us to closing without delays. We were able to close within a month, which speaks to the professionalism and organization of the entire team. Because of this experience, I’m already preparing for my next project with Kiavi. I truly appreciate the support from both Dylan and Andrew, and I’m looking forward to building a long and successful relationship working together.

Easy to work with

Kiavi provided a smooth process, their staff were extremely helpful, answering all questions and our customer experience manager was always available. The ONLY draw back was the title company they made our closing process difficult to navigate, with the exception of Attorney Johnathan. Thank you CLAY JOHNSON! You ROCK!

Loan Officers are very transactional. Don't care about building relationships and sound very annoyed every time you speak with them.
