Love the product. I’ve tried many ones, and I think these are the best substitute for real cigarettes that are out there. I am not sure what’s going on with the company though because their shipping service is not consistent. That is why I give 4 stars. This most recent order came in less than a week. That is perfect. Amazon delivers quicker but they didn’t have them either. It has taken as long as a month before to get them. I was told it had to do with logistics. Please get that together Khoor
