Stay away.
Stay away. Bought a bed on their website on December 19th of 2022. Latest estimated delivery was January 3rd of 2023. Today, January 9th, I called customer service and the agent told me that they did not have the color I had bought. So they kept my funds all this time, while I have been waiting for a bed that does not exist. The company had my email, phone number, and regular mail. I was not contacted through any channels about the issue. I had to call them, cancel the order, and ask for a refund. As a business owner and a costumer I am impressed at how low their customer service performance is. Just checked the website and the order still shows processing. Place your money somewhere else.
