Had a lot of K&F product's
Had a lot of K&F product's, and last time one of them gave me a problem, the solution was really fast and simple. The communication with the brand was really straight to the point and the resolution was honest by the brand. Really good value products for what they offer, recomend it.

Fantastic customer service!
Fantastic customer service. One of the caps had a ding, was refunded immediately. The customer service agent was probably AI - but doesn't matter, it was perfect. Ordered item arrived within one week from HKG.

stellar support!
bought a couple UV filters on Amazon - seemingly the one i received was a return, package had been opened and the filter had a little mark that wouldn't polish off with a cloth, reached out to support and got a new one a couple days later no charge. very happy with this service.
