Excellent customer service. I purchased a tripod which came with a bag. Had a little trouble with the zip breaking, this being over a year after purchase, but K & F Concept were extremely helpful and sent out a replacement bag. Very good customer service and a pleasant change to converse with an actual human being instead of the dreaded AI looping automatons that seem to be infesting every customer service experience nowadays.
