I bought a m42 adapter
I bought a m42 adapter, but I mistakenly bought one with the glass, I contact k&f and they send me the right one for free. Super impressed with their service, I don't remember the last time a company has ever been this generous. Loyal for life now!

premetto di essere un cliente Canon molto pignolo e attento. prima di acquistare un articolo, faccio mille giri e leggo le recensioni di riviste specializzate. quando ho ricevuto da K&F concept l'articolo da me ordinato, non vedevo l'ora di provare se si avvicinava all'originale, anche se avevo un pregiudizio! il prodotto ricevuto non era all'altezza dell'originale e l'ho fatto presente all'assistenza, che si è immediatamente messa in contatto con me e visto la natura del difetto, ha deciso di inviarmi nuovamente il prodotto senza bisogno del reso, per scusarsi del disguido! oggi ho ricevuto le batterie e finalmente sono perfettamente compatibili e con una buona capacità. consigliabile...

Buongiorno, Ho acquistato uno zaino fotografico e devo dire che la qualità e davvero eccellente. Tra l'altro ho avuto un problema e il servizio clienti e stato eccezionale, mi hanno risolto il problema in breve tempo.

GREAT PRODUCTS… awesome service!
I have always liked K&F products… I find they strike a good balance between quality and affordability. Camera equipment can get expensive fast, so it’s nice to have an option that’s reasonably priced and of sound quality and functional design. They also stand behind their products, I recently had a product fail due to a defect or damage during shipping. I didn’t notice it on receiving the item and I put it in my camera bag and didn’t touch it for a month. Well, the Amazon return window was closed when I noticed the product was faulty. K&F sent me a replacement on a couple of days, all they wanted was a picture of the defect and proof of purchase. To easy. Most companies would tell you to kick rocks because you missed the return window. Not K&F.
