Pleasantly surprised by my interaction with KF diagnosing a loose tripod head. A human answered the phone, with no language barrier (didn't have to repeat my email address six times). The messages back and forth were quick and they helped me fix it and followed up afterward. It's odd these days to see customer service.

Comprei um tripé que deveria ser de fibra de carbono, leve e muito resistente. Leve, pequeno e prático ele realmente é, mas quanto a resistência deixa muito a desejar. As porcas de plástico das pernas afrouxam com frequência durante o uso e a coluna central em que é fixada a cabeça rachou e acabou soltando. Comprei o tripé em abril de 2025 e uso diariamente, jamais ultrapassa o limite de peso que é de 6kg. Infelizmente fiquei bastante decepcionado com a qualidade deste modelo que aparentemente não é dos mais baratos. Acredito que não seja um problema de todos os produtos. Azar o meu de comprar meu primeiro produto da marca e acontecer o problema. Felizmente o suporte atendeu rapidamente para fazer a troca da peça que está sendo enviada da China para o Brasil neste momento. Ponto posito para o atendimenteo da K&F. Outra sugestão de melhoria para os tripés seria trocar os pés de material rígido por borracha que evitaria escorregar em superfícies lisas. Uso tripé diariamente para fotografia de imóveis e arquitetura e isso melhoraria muito a estabilidade e segurança do equipamento fotográfico.
