I originally ordered my tripod on amazon, but after a few weeks the tripod broke randomly. I emailed K&F and they got it replaced immediately!

Contacted K&F Concepts as my sternum strap had a broken buckle. They were extremely helpful and sorted me out with a free replacement without question.. I have quite a few K&F products, tripods ,bag, filters and a gimbal. All work admirably and are good quality but the customer service is above and beyond.. I would recommend them to anybody who needs any of their products..

After reading lots of reviews on line about the K&F brand selfie tripods , decided to purchase one. Well, only 3 days into our Asia trip, the hinge that holds the phone mount came loose and broke. Consequently I couldn't use it for the remainder of our trip. When I came home, I reached out to K&F customer service. Explained the situation and they quickly corrected it and offered me a replacement. Their customer service rep was excellent to deal with. I received a new selfie tripod within 2 days. I will definitely support this brand on future purchases. Great people!

My 3-way geared head had an issue with the vertical adjuster, so I reached out to K&F for support. They responded within just a few hours and were incredibly helpful throughout the process. After I provided the requested documentation, they shipped me a brand-new geared head within three business days—right to my door! Excellent products and outstanding customer service. K&F Concept products kept making my shortlist for products so finally before a 2 month active holiday I bought one of their Camera-laptop backpacks as well as a ball-head for use on a monopod or tripod. Unfortunately the 3/8-1/4 adapter screw sheared and I was unable to use the ball-head just into my holiday. When I contacted customer service upon my return for a replacement thinking I would have to pay as it was past the 1 month returns period on Amazon, I was so pleasantly surprised to get immediate responses followed by confirmation of a free replacement after I'd validated the purchase and damage. And received a full product within a week of my first contact!

Comprei há uns meses um Tripe, que teve um pequeno problema e precisei acionar os serviços pós-venda. Foram incríveis, foi-me enviado um novo tripé com o problema corrigido do anterior. Fiquei fã! Sou de Portugal I bought a tripod a few months ago, and it had a small issue, so I had to contact after-sales support. They were amazing, they sent me a new tripod with the previous issue fixed.
