Dear Jason, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with our Nano-X series filter set and our customer service team. We sincerely apologize for the oversight that led to the UV filter being missing from your initial package. This falls short of our standard for accuracy, and we regret the inconvenience it caused you. However, we are truly grateful that you contacted us and are very pleased to hear that our team handled the situation professionally. Your acknowledgment of their quick response and prompt action in shipping the missing part right away—and your summary of the support as "very responsible and efficient"—is exactly the feedback that motivates us.
