AMAZING AFTER SALES SUPPORT.
AMAZING AFTER SALES SUPPORT. I had an issue with a great product (Super Clamp) that I have been using for months and contacted K&F CONCEPT by Email. They responded very quickly and sent me a replacement. After Sales support is such an important part of purchasing a product and in this regard K&F Concept far exceeded my expectations. Absolutely wonderful Customer Service.

Well I now have two of these useless…
Well I now have two of these useless adapters, I complained about the first and asked for a returns label and a refund. Instead, they got special approval, and sent me a second one....so I now have two that don't work and no refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, the products don't work as they should and you will never get your money back.

Great value for money
I'm very happy with this tripod so far. It feels well-made and offers excellent features for the price. I particularly like the adjustable centre column, twist-lock legs and detachable monopod. It's versatile and practical for my Fujifilm X-T5, and delivery to New Zealand was straightforward. Overall, a great purchase and excellent value for money!

EXCELLENT customer service.
The bag tripod was missing when the order arrived. The SAME minute I wrote to the customer service they arranged everything to send a replacement bag. No problems, no delays, no excuses. This is the best customer service I’ve ever met. Thanks guys, your products are amazing, but your customer service is what make your brand GREAT. 5/5 Stars, well deserved.

Great value
This is an excellent tripod at this price point. Great for travel since it's only 15" and very lightweight. All components are solid. Very steady camera platform.
