Dear Marcus Quinones, Thank you for sharing your honest and detailed experience with us! We truly appreciate customers like you who approach issues with such fairness and understanding. 😊 We sincerely apologize that your first lens cap broke after less than a week of use — whether due to a rare manufacturing fault or temperature stress, that's simply not the durability we expect from our products. We're so glad you reached out to us (and thank you for taking the extra step to find our email after contacting Amazon). Your willingness to send photos of the broken lens cap helped our team understand the issue immediately and resolve it so fast by sending you a new one. Most importantly, we're thrilled to hear that the new lens cap is working much better — that's the reliable performance you should expect from us every time. Thank you for your patience, your trust, and for giving us the opportunity to make things right. We're honored to have you as a customer and are here whenever you need us. K&F CONCEPT Team

Dear Amit, Thank you for sharing this incredible journey with us — from the ancient sands of Egypt to the vibrant streets of India, your filter traveled alongside you, capturing the world through your Nikon. What an honor to be part of your adventures. 😊 We're so glad to hear that the filter performed flawlessly throughout your travels. But we're genuinely sorry to learn that the glass shattered upon your return, even while safely behind a lens cover and inside a case. That's certainly not the experience we want for you. However, we're absolutely thrilled that Rhian from our team could step in and replace the filter immediately. Her response reflects a core belief at K&F CONCEPT: when a customer reaches out with trust and honesty, we respond with trust and action — no unnecessary questions, just solutions. Knowing that you're very happy with how this was handled means the world to us. Thank you for trusting us with your gear, your travels, and your creative vision. We'll be sure to share your kind words with Rhian and the entire team. She embodies the care and dedication we strive for every single day. Thank you for being part of the K&F CONCEPT family. We look forward to supporting your next great adventure — wherever it may take you. K&F CONCEPT Team
