Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your experience with us, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration and confusion you've encountered. We understand that you reached out to cancel your order shortly after placing it, and we regret that our communication was not as clear or timely as it should have been. To explain what happened behind the scenes: we were in contact with the logistics carrier to intercept the shipment before it could be dispatched. This process took longer than expected, which is why you did not receive a confirmation email or an immediate update on the cancellation status. We have now successfully canceled your order and processed a full refund. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, especially with your upcoming trip. This is not the level of service we want to provide, and we are reviewing our internal processes to ensure faster and clearer communication in the future. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly at [email protected]. Sincerely,

Hi there, Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful and thoughtful review. Your words have truly made our entire team's day. 😊 We sincerely apologize that you experienced an issue with the charger — that's certainly not the flawless experience we want you to have. But we're absolutely delighted that our customer service team was able to step in, take the issue seriously, and arrange a replacement for you. And yes — we sent you two new batteries along with the charger, because we believe that when something goes wrong, we want to do more than just fix it. We want to show you that we genuinely care about your experience and your trust. Your final words mean the most to us: "Faults can occasionally happen with any product, but it's how a company handles them that really matters." That's exactly the philosophy we live by. Thank you for recognizing that. We're honored to have you as part of the K&F CONCEPT family, and we'll keep working hard to deserve your trust. Warm regards, The K&F CONCEPT Team
