I have bought Office 2019 key from them and I haven't got it + no email confirmation after purchase too, tried contacting them through email and it says that they have full inbox (550 Mailbox is full / Blocks limit exceeded / Inode limit exceeded), don't even waste your time on this scam website, you will lose your money and time and not even get the product. Edit: eventually after emailing them I got the product that I bought, but it took like 2 or 3 days, so that's unfortunate.

Immediate provision of the Key I Purchased. Along with complete guidelines on how to get the activation done. A+++. Highly Recommended.

Bought a Windows 11 Pro key - initially it didn't work, said hardware change error. A couple of reboots and it was activated. I sent an email to their support, then had to follow up saying that it was working. Had a friendly reply in the morning. If you have issues with keys not working, just reach out to them at their support email. Would recommend.
