I placed two orders—one in 2024 and another in 2025—and both times the process was smooth. I had a couple of technical issues, which the team resolved quickly and professionally. They replied to all my questions promptly. Great customer service—I highly recommend this seller.

First time that I bought a key on keywrld, I'm not going to do it never again. I bought a Windows 11 Pro key, once I tried to activate the key, it returned an error that key was already used. Chatbot didn't help, instead, I wasn't even able to continue the chat further after it gave me another key that didn't work either. Done the process with chatbox one more time, the result didn't change. The fact that I cannot chat further with the chatbox makes me think that they are not willing to give support to customers. Don't buy on this site, go elsewhere. PS: on their site, there isn't even a support email, nor a refund process.

Excellent support! I bought a Windows Pro N key, and there was a mistake in the order and the key was missing. I contact them (thanks Timothy Perez for your support) and in less than 15 minutes I got the key and a free Office 2024 key for trouble.
