I ordered a Windows key on friday, It did not work. Too many activations error. I e-mailed them right away. It's now Monday evening and I still have not received any response.

Compre una clave y no me enviaron el código. Tras más de dos semanas enviando correo sin recibir respuesta, al fin han respondido y me han enviado una clave valida. Ya lo daba por perdido y entiendo que a mucha gente le pase que lo de por perdido también y se quede sin su clave, aunque al final cumplen, no recomendaría el sitio.

Compré varias licencias de Windows y Office, funcionaron algunas, los que no funcionaron me contacte con soporte y me enviaron las de reemplazo, absolutamente todas las de reemplazo estaban usadas, no servían. Me contacte nuevamente y no me responden, ya llevo más de 1 semana y ninguna respuesta. Tampoco paguen por el soporte CPP que cobran al momento de hacer el pago, no sirve en lo absoluto. No pierdan su tiempo en este comercio.

No ha funcionado la licencia que he comprado, me he puesto en contacto con ellos, solo dicen que revise la ayuda de activación de su web. No solventan los problemas, lamentable. Nada recomendable.

I placed my order and got an activation key for Office Proffesional Plus 2021 but it simply didn't work. I have contacted with them but for the moment (it's been half a day for now...) I have just received an automatic response buy no real help. So unless they react I'm afraid I've just lost my money... Edit (28/08/2024): No answer yet, no activation code :(( Be aware Edit (29/08/2024): They finally sent me two addional keys, none of them works. I have asked them a refund, I don't want to keep trying new keys until one of them works. Edit (04/09/2024): No news since I asked a refund. Not the service I expected to receive.
