Fantastic support experience. I reached out with a question about my account, and the team was incredibly helpful and responsive. They took the time to understand the situation and went above and beyond to help resolve it quickly. It’s always refreshing to see a company that genuinely cares about helping their users. The professionalism and willingness to assist really stood out. Highly recommend Keywords.am — great product backed by an excellent support team.

As someone new to selling on Amazon and still learning the ropes, I was genuinely surprised at how intuitive and easy Keywords.am is to use. From the start, the platform guides you clearly and shows you exactly where and how your listing can improve. What impressed me most is the level of customer support. Ash was incredibly accessible, responsive, and generous with his time. He personally reviewed my listing and shared practical, up-to-date insights that immediately gave me clarity on my next steps. The software itself keeps evolving, especially with the added AI support, which makes optimization feel far less overwhelming. It’s become one of the most valuable tools in my entrepreneurial journey into product sales online. I highly recommend Keywords.am to anyone serious about improving their Amazon listings and understanding how to convert with intention.

I am a 15 year Amazon Professional Seller and a 4 Year KDP Author with 5 books currently in my catalog. I know a thing or two about Amazon Keywords and the STRUGGLE to be seen there. This is the tool you need. Keywords.am makes the research and, even more importantly, the implementation of that research smooth and easy. If I had this for the past 15 years I suspect I would be on a beach right now. The truth is Amazon is not a get rich quick scheme for sellers. It is a business that requires hard work. But, Keywords.am will make it a whole lot easier for you. Apparently, they recently released a user interface upgrade. I am not sure what it was before, but I felt comfortable using this software in less than 5 minutes. You may find some learning curve issues if you are trying to understand keywords, but not with the software. But here is the best part. The support is awesome and they don't stop at answering your question by telling you where to click to work the software, they explain what you are doing and why. As you learn the software and the keyword concept with this program, you will understand how to grow an Amazon business far better than 90% of the sellers out there. As for the competition? Well, I have tried several of them over the years. Some of them are 4 to 5 times more in terms of $$$ than Keywords.am. However, Keywords.am is far better than the expensive ones I have tried. Take a breath and relax. You have found what you are looking for. Time to stop researching. Buy this and grow your business. Your future self will say thank you.

Scheduled a coaching call to make the best out of the tool and I am so exciting for what this software has to offer! I'm an author, so I have to navigate the arena much more conscientiously than mass retailers and Ash made sure that I learned the ropes-- teaching me some cool tricks and best practices to optimize my books. He was fully invested on coaching me and I can tell he's excited for my upcoming success! Ash, the feeling is mutual! Thank you Keywords.AM! I can't wait to see my results!

I've been using keywords.am this week, and so far the experience has been quite good. It has helped me fine-tune my Amazon ad campaigns, especially by identifying terms I hadn't considered before. The interface is intuitive and makes it easy to find relevant keywords without too much hassle. I also liked that the support team responds quickly when you have questions. Overall, it's a good option if you're looking to improve your visibility and performance on Amazon Ads.

¡Altamente recomendable!

I had a phone consultation today with Ash, the owner of Keywords.am, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He walked me through everything I needed to know about the software in a clear and thorough way. From hands-on demos to answering every single question I had, Ash went above and beyond to ensure I fully understood how to use the platform effectively. What really stood out was how generous he was with his time. The consultation went well beyond the scheduled 30 minutes, and at no point did I feel rushed. It’s rare to find that level of dedication and customer support these days. Thanks to Ash, I now feel completely confident navigating and utilizing Keywords.am to its full potential. If you're considering this tool, I highly recommend it—not just for the features, but for the top-tier support that comes with it.

This application is very intuitive. It's worked great so far. Also, meeting the CEO was an added bonus!
