Key West Electric CarsReviews of keywestelectriccars.com

The company sent a van to pick us up at the dock. The service was timely and they explained how to drive the vehicle. It was extremely helpful to have the golfcart during our brief trip on the island.

location was very convenient. The golf cart was in great condition and the checkin and checkout service was very efficient. Very please we chose Key West

CustomerService

Nice carts, all electric, very nice and helpful staff

The shuttle service provided by Key West Electric Cars from Key West Express to the facility and back was a great bonus to a good experience with the electric car. We had a 4-seat car which worked well for us and our parents. The only recommendation would be to inspect the seatbelts. They were difficult to buckle and even more difficult to unfasten. We're strong, and we struggled, let alone our parents. Other than that everything was fantastic. Customer service is great, we left a water bottle in the shuttle and they're holding it for us until we head back for a few days in March. Everyone was great to work with.

Check in is easy, employees are helpful showing you how, and where you can take the cart. I rented an electric car, however I had no place to charge it ( it gets about 25 miles a charge), and they changed me over to a gas cart with no problem.

Very quick and easy
